It shared the title with the book and not much more. But it was better than I anticipated. I'd give it a B.
And you get two movies for the price of one. The first 2/3rds is an aimless meandering rollercoaster ride with lots of zombie action. In the final act, they do a fairly good job of painting themselves out of the corner of the first two acts. Worth a watch.
