and western audiences worldwide, normally would be interested in seeing, that only the big name director (who in himself is no box office guarantee) and those big star names (both of whom also regularly feature in films that are far from box office smashes), coupled with ad campaigns and Oscar talk, could draw as many people as it would take to achieve a 10M opening weekend..
I noticed the tracking, I had these thoughts, and when the theater counts came in, it was pretty clear that this would struggle to make the price the exchange had on it (even though it started slipping quite drastically the first day or two after that tracking appeared).
