Paquin is much more cameo level--but if Nick Cassavetes got credit for "The Hangover Part II," Janssen and Marsden should (imo).

Paquin's role was bigger in the original script - her scenes were cut in editing - so her original status wasn't as a cameo

The film is not the script but the final cut what we see on screen. If Paquin is listed in the cast, Marsden and Janssen should be too

His cameo was just as short as Paquin's. He and her both only had about 3 or 4 seconds onscreen.

Those are not considered official sources. Posters crediting the actor, the film's website, their name in the credits in a review,
