In fact, I've been wondering if HSX should handle int'l numbers separately. Maybe they found a 2nd entire market they could franchise out!

Int'l BO warrants does seem to be the most logistically simple approach to start dabbling with those numbers here. I too hope they figure out some way to bring that concept to us, their loyal traders.
