DLH: ‘Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death’ Haunts Eel Marsh House: Hot Trailer

The original Woman In Black starred Daniel Radcliffe and made $130M worldwide in 2012; becoming the highest-grossing British horror film on record. The sequel to the Hammer film, The Woman In Black 2: Angel Of Death, picks up 40 years after the first pic left off. It’s set during World War II after the government has seized the eerie Eel Marsh House and a group of evacuated children arrives to awaken its scary tenant. Tom Harper directs with Jeremy Irvine, Helen McCrory and Phoebe Fox starring. EOne co-produced is releasing in the UK on January 1. Relativity closed a seven-figure U.S. deal just ahead of Toronto and puts it out on January 2. Here’s the U.S. trailer:
