Just one basic google search "Joshy Lionsgate" will give you articles to read that will also tell you:
1) January it was shown at a festival
2) March 1, 2016 two companies teamed up to buy the rights to the movie (they don't do that for movies that have already been released
3) In the articles they say that Lionsgate will release it theatrically and HULU has exclusive streaming rights.
4) Each article states that the theatrical release date has not been set yet.
5) All of the articles Variety, THR, Wrap, Deadline, are all a rewritten/copy and paste of the press release and have the same information.
