I'd lay cash it comes in higher, but I'll give them the benefit that it's early yet and they'll raise estimates.

I'm will to bet it'll be closer to $200M, if not more.

Tracking is tracking. They don't "inflate" their estimates just because.

I'm saying as the movie gets nearer, it will start tracking higher.

True Deadpool early tracking was something like 55-60m.

Sounds like the same 'damping down' of expectation you were doing all last week regarding JNGLB. Now, as then, I maintain a positive view.

Seems to me that the bigger the blockbuster the more tracking proves inadequate,

Not true. Tracking is just as useful for big films as it is for smaller ones. It's measure marketing and awareness and tracking itself

Based on conversations I've had, CAPA3 shouldn't have a problem equaling AVNG2 OW, which was around $191M. CAPA3 looks good for that.

I remember HSX derivatives for Age of Ultron were set at $215M. Consequently, that $215M OW figure would be my ceiling for CAPA3.
