What I can't understand are the ridiculous spreads between CXs and MSTs

I posted on this a while back, but the spreads that are on the boards right now are just insane. Granted, you have to wait until delist to have the spread clear, but the buy/short arbitrage trade nets you at least a net 10-15% spreads with zero risk attached. You'd think that spread would collapse as traders would take advantage of the arbitrage. Go figure.
