hasnt been posted before: check the stock page to see if its already been posted. thats what the tags are for
relevant: only if it pertains directly to how the stock should perform (an actor signs = yes, a costume designer signs = no. specific tracking (like, 75% definite interest among 18-24 age= yes, could do $15 million = no)
legit source: deadline and variety yes. hollywood reporter (but not graeme mcmillan) and the wrap = mostly yes. anyone else = iffy. imdb= never
