I suspect that it's just disclosure reasons--I don't think they deny owners, studio employees, theater employees, producers, and so on from speculating. In fact, part of the premise behind Cantor Exchange is that studios, producers, etc. can utilize cantor to hedge their bets (much like other markets do--like the airlines and oil producers do with oil, for example).
But don't quote me because I don't know for sure, this is just my opinion.
