Im no techie but it'd be interesting to know because it was so wide spread but completely intermittent by time
And person. Sounds like a tough issue to find and repair. Im a automotive/diesel/heavy equipment tech (not completely like IT but electrical is included) intermittent, wide spread issues can be hard to pin point. Diagnosing Electrical anything is a pain haha.
