If older releases, no % to studios. Theaters could eat flat rate. Concession margins are high, but not enough volume to cover all expenses.

That'd be kind of cool, show some blockbusters of past eras for free. It'll still need a little bit of marketing to get people to show up

I'm not sure they'll need to...I think people will be eager to go back to the theater (as well as other everyday activities

I don't disagree that people will want to get out of the house, I have doubts that any venue where they have no control

I think the main idea is there won't be 10 new releases when they open. They'll have to play old titles to fill screens, so discount those.
