There is an issue
Some guys (either with multiple a/c's or collusion) take some VoD movies up a few $$s temporarily by buying after it's fallen a bit. Sometimes other people lose interest & it just hangs around that price until delisting is announced. Which can be much delayed. It's ok if you're sitting with a billion to spare (only some guys who've played for 2 decades) in your a/c, else you gotta pay hefty transaction cost to check out early. This needs fixing.
