MW: Bob Iger supposedly mentioned [NEWT] in the Disney call, but MW lists an unlikley old date.

Another acquired Disney unit, Pixar, is planning to ramp up its production of films over the next few years, Iger said, and the division is moving into larger facilities in the San Francisco Bay area.
As part of that increased production, Pixar will be releasing a number of sequels, including "Toy Story 3" next month, "Cars 2" in 2011 and "Monsters Inc. 2" in 2012. But Iger stressed the unit was mixing those sequels with a number of original releases, including "Newt" in 2011 and "Brave" in 2012.
"We are not forcing sequels into the system unless we have directors and storytellers who have good ideas for the sequel," Iger said. "We didn't mandate a sequel on any of those."

Nope he didn't. Here's the full transcript that Newt/2011 mention was an assumption by Marketwatch and not Iger. notfabio May 12, 13:41
