I get the 2021 Warner film selloff, but if the late 2022 and 2023 films are rightfully crushed because hope is lost, isn't it for HSX too?

by 2022 Streaming will be closer to 75% if that low. Theaters are going extinct in the next few years.

I sold and shorted every name getting crushed when they were down "only" $20 haha. I don't get the '22 or '23 names being crushed though....

Well not sure which films you mean ? If its WB they could do the same streaming/BO thing, anything Disney is iffy with their "focus" on

also, there can be derivatives on whether a film goes to streaming or not, and on its released streaming figures etc.

It is a part of the future, but its not the only part. More choices. some want the theater experience, others do not. Will be a mix...
