Bleecker Street has taken the rights to [FREND] with "an early 2025 theatrical release."

Unless they botch this one up on the level of a Sony Classics, I think this will end up being Bleecker Street's biggest post-pandemic hits because it's insanely marketable and IMO a better film than Almodovar's The Room Next Door (adapted from the same author... and that will be released by Sony Classics)
