I agree but that does not mean that is a duplicate project that will be delisted at current price.
It has happened before and while i don't like the idea that the stock last 3 years assuming is really dead. i rather vote for reducing that time to signficant less for confirmed cases like this one (again assuming some reliable source confirm this).
