Regarding "a"...

Although I think the vampire genre is getting tired, I thought this was an amusing idea.  However, I hated the attached trailer, but to me it looks like a trailer for the book, and not the movie (a phenomenon that I've only seen more recently, for instance with James Patterson books).  Regarding Depp as honest Abe, I just can't wrap my head around it... which is why I think it would be a brilliant move.  It is a hoot to imagine what he can do with that character.
