I think it's unnecessarily disrespectful that HSX chose [JACKO] as a ticker symbol for a movie called This is it.
It does not reflect the NAME of the movie and is nothing more than an excuse to print a negative slam. [JACKO] is NOT an endearing name. It's a name the British tabloid press gave Michael based on his apparent wacky behavior, and Michael made it clear he did not like it! Out of plain human decency (if for no other reason) HSX should change it.
Furthermore, have you guys ever used CRAZY, COUCH, KATIE or OPRAH as ticker symbols for any of Tom Cruise's movies? Will Mel Gibson's next feature get the ticker symbol NOJEW? Was the ticker symbol for Herbie Fully Loaded with Lindsay Lohan REHAB or LESBO? Why do you guys feel the need to be so purposefully personal and negative when it comes to creating a ticker symbol for a Michael Jackson flick? WTF?
How hard is it to come up with something more representative of the movie, rather than a poor attempt at being funny or personal opinion of the man? What about using THSIT, THISI or THIST. (That took me about 30 seconds and actually represents the name of the movie.)
Look, the guy is dead. When are you people going to stop kicking him?
