Shares Held Short on HSX: 4,920,574
Trading Volume on HSX (Today): 36,811,446

If it has been a "sell the long" day, then the value of the stock would drop significantly; esp if there is flipping involved.  As I recall from yesterday, there was minimal shorting on this stock.  Now there's 5 Mil short.  5 mil flipped =10 MIL difference.  Add to that another 26 mil sold and it would easily explain this movement...if that was the case.
