saw this a couple weeks back and I said here (a very short comment that I think sums it up well) that it was "an eerily good film".

A longer version of a grand Twilight Zone episode.

It captured human emotion similarly to The Hurt Locker.

Rockwell was magnificent, but he usually is.  Don't know if it deserves a top 10 placement in this years list until I have seen all the contenders, but it is a top 3 film of the year up to this point.
