If Black Swan [BLKSW] has made $61.8m so far, why is it trading at 58.70 if it delists on Friday? what am I missing?

To clarify, ARB means that if you buy the stock, you can't lose money, because you know it will cash out higher than where it is now..

Isn't it 4 weeks from the IPO of 12/17 which would be friday? And even if it delists tomorrow, why is it $3 lower than it's cume to date?
