I think the main concern is posting non substancial news near reset timing.. not the timing of your country where reset occurs..

Posting unrelevant or old news is extremely manipulative during reset ..for new comers.. it may be unintentional..
For someone like your case.. numerous advice has been offered on how to post news, how to identify fresh news from old news etc..
Especially near reset.. certain stocks are affected by your posts which causes a big movement.. only to reverse in prices when during the day, traders realise that the news posted are either old or has been posted before... That is when traders lose on both ends when the stock move irrevantly in both ways.. Serious issue to be looked into definitely....
