As I coined it, the LFBOY rule was used to keep StarBonds on the exchange for performers whose movies were
released but did not report, as opposed to STC/STV.
Of course, all of this is draws a strange line in the sand. After all, they are all performers and, for the most part, are paid to be in a movie
When they know it is low budget, they know that it may or may not make it to a movie screen. But a gig is a gig.
From an HSX standpoint, the "dead delists" are trying to identify performers whose movie careers are dead, or at least stalled. STV, STC, ZBO, none are the performers "fault." Only, perhaps, poor career choices.
When LFBOY was saved, the rationale is that her film carreer was not over and that she was still attempting to make large screen movies. So far, she has not had any luck.
