BANAL Update: Randy Quaid Arrested!

They found him!
For those of you just tuning in, Randy Quaid and his wife ran up a $10,000 hotel bill and paid using a credit card. Trouble was that the credit card they used was fraudulant. They hotel pressed criminal charges of fraud and Randy Quaid and wife were summoned to court. They did not show. So an arrest warrant was issued, they were arrested, and were released on $20,000 bail each.
When the next court date came, neither Quaid nor his wife showed, their $40,000 bails (20 each) were forfeited and they were arrested again. They were released on $40,000 bail each and ordered to appear for the next trial date, ...but can you guess what happened next? They got arrested again for not showing, $80,000 bail forfeited (40 each). They were arrested this last Monday, and let go on $100,000 bail each, and ordered to show up for the next trial date.
$10,000 hotel bill vs $340,000 lost through bail?
