... to not make an announcement on the announcement board (until confirmation) yet add the starbonds to the moviestock. Nothing screams 'official announcement' more than updating the stock. At least, that's my way of looking at it.
Does this mean it can be taken as 'standard practice' that every update of a starbond to a moviestock will be confirmed on the announcement board?
