The Project Genome bond charts are not going to be updated this week, as I consider the future of Project Genome, which is a nice way of saying that I am considering shutting the whole thing down. Basically, I am not confident that there is enough readership (aka ad revenue) to support any further expansion of the site. While there are a core of bond traders that return here every week, I am not having any fun keeping the site up anymore for such a small number of people.
I am open to suggestions on how to keep the site open, but frankly, it isn't looking good, and I don't think people will miss it for long. I will consider making the code available on an open-source basis if anyone's interested in taking the thing over, but I don't think anyone else wants to put in the time or the effort to keep it ticking. I know I don't.
