Do you know any programming?

KaiGee is using Excel macros written in Visual Basic. I use Javascript via GreaseMonkey in Firefox. There are many other scripting languages that may be appropriate.

The general idea is to open a web page into a memory buffer, in an XML encoded format. Then, code written specifically for the task is used to extract the desired data. The extracted data is then pasted into a spreadsheet, or built into an HTML page for display.
