He's basically not involved - at all.
The most involvement he has with pretty much any production Bad Robot is involved with is "Hey, wouldn't it be neat if <something absolutely impossible>?" He spouts a few of those every day and underlings scurry around trying to make a viable show out of his stream of unconsciousness utterings.
That and rubberstamping his name on everything he can because the networks think his name alone is enough to make a show a hit.
