The big difference in this scenario is that someone like Mohhamed Atta being waterboarded is not an American citizen.

Whereas Eric Holder says Barack Obama has the legal authority to kill American citizens on American soil without due process. Barack Obama now disagrees with that assertion. Had Obama quickly corrected his AG all this drama could have been avoided.
