HSX Community Experience

Hi folks, in the past few months I've been learned a good bit about the exchange from several regulars in the community. I've also been conducting IM and Skype interviews with folks to learn about what makes the HSX community unique and what kinds of strategies make or break portfolios. At the moment I'm trying to get in contact with members who have between 1-3 years of experience to learn more about the transition between beginner and intermediate.
