Was that the last Stones tour? If so, they went out still playing with fire and passion.

My family went to the show last weekend at SoFi Stadium. We simply couldn't believe how incredible the band sounded. We've seen the Stones many times over the years, and their music has been the soundtrack of our lives. The show ended up being epic, it was one of the funnest, happiest days of 2024 for us. Just an incredible night. They played with such passion and conviction. It was crazy how great it was. 


They didn't need any surprise guests this time around (you'd sometimes get that at their Los Angeles gigs). It was an amazing show. 

Is that it? I waited to post this, because this weekend Mr. Jagger had his 81st Birthday. Playing with such power, we left thinking there's no reason to quit. I've seen several of my heroes in the past several years, and walked away knowing that they should have already packed it in. But these guys are older than everyone in rock, and they still sound magnificent. I would love to see them yet again sometime soon. Just a lovely evening.
