How about several hours of downtime? Today, from around 10-1 Eastern. Yesterday, mid-morning...
I've had trouble, and have been unclear whether it's HSX, my ISP, home service, etc.
A) For several months, initial response from HSX has taken longer and longer, from home, while other sites/services have been snappy. BUT, from community college campus, HSX has been fine.
B) Yesterday morning, and this morning, total nothing from CC campus, for HSX. I thought the campus had blocked HSX! But, other "non-educational" sites still function.
