There was a proposal at one point to unrank any player who hadn't traded within the last 30 days.
But too many active traders thought that was way too short a period. IIRC the proviso that such inactive players would also lose 25% of their value also played a part in the protest.
But this was a while ago and I'm home sick with the flu so my memory may not be reliable right now.
