I was having 20000 shares of EHARR short when I was in need for some cash, so I thought I cover 10000 shares. Somehow the transaction was counted twice in the trading history but my portfolio showed 10000 shares but the avg Paid price of those 10000 was H$ 0. So now of course when you consider the current price of EHARR I was suddenly having a loss of H$ 300,000 because of that. I thought by buying the 10000 shares back short the problem would disappear but no. Now I owned 20000 shares with the avg price of H$14 and still had a loss of H$300,000 AND the value of those 20000 shares was zero. I covered them now again and have lost of the the original value of those 20000 shares and made a loss of H$350,000 and all because of a system glitch.Â

Will I get that money back or how does this work? I wrote HSX support an email but I'm curious if this happened before.
