HSX has a long tradition of "chuckage"
It's not unusual to see the price in your port, or on the stock's own page at a given amount, you order the trade, and find that it went through at a different price. Trades are not immediate, so the price can move between order and execution. Now, if you get a confirmation screen that says you paid X amount, I would expect that to BE what you paid. But, it's been many years since I've looked at a confirmation screen like that.
