An answer to this would be appreciated

I visited a country in the EU in June and I had no idea that HSX wasn't available there anymore.  I was not able to update my account for only a few days but I feel bad for all those who are locked out for now. 

I will be going back to Europe again later this year and I hope this is solved by then but it would be appreciated if the admins could give an idea of how long they anticipate this lockout to continue.
