EU Question Again

Can we be told one way or the other if there is any chance the EU access problem to the HSX site will ever be solved.  We haven't been told why it's happened.  If the answer is "no" I will stop asking.  I go there on business twice a year and the last time I went in November my portfolio was a mess when I got back and I fell several places.  It took awhile to recover.  I'm going again in March.

I would also like to know if the HSX site can be accessed from a cruise ship in the ports of countries that are part of the EU.  I'm taking a cruise next July that include EU countries and I'm hoping the ship's Wifi will let me access the site.  If anyone knows the answer to that I would appreciate it.
