Pay Per View seems to be a forgotten sideline with the Service Subscription model being dominant. All of this is a long, ongoing subject of discussion in the industry and here on the HSX forums. I can think of some factors why streaming $ amounts don't get reported but honestly I don't know all the factors. It is entirely possible that no one does, the situation is fluid and changing almost every day and has been for some years. Theatrical movie distribution has had 100 years to evolve and mature. Compared to that the streaming model is still in diapers.
Should revenues from online release of theater movies be included in HSX pricing? nordane Mar 17, 09:41
This gets brought up and discussed every once in a while. see inside DTravel Mar 17, 10:36

It'd be a cool feature if we could hedge against movies not having a theatrical release. bsbbtnh Mar 19, 02:39
You do if you have shorted the movie's stock. {nm} DTravel Mar 19, 03:57
Shorting risks unlimited losses for capped gains. Not ideal for hedging {nm} bsbbtnh Mar 20, 20:38
Once online is announced, the risk/reward goes down dramatically. {nm} ndmaster Mar 20, 22:59
