Peculiar problem with opening site: Occasionally when I try for hsx.com, I just stall out with page never opening; after closing that window

I type just hsx as a search term then click the link in that results page and site opensright up.This OFTEN happens when I am ondevice with iOS and Firefox and SOMETIMES when I use devices with Windows 10 and Edge.
