Missing IPO on Friday 3/4

I've been a member of HSX a long time and I think for the first time there isn't an IPO on a Friday.  I was surprised by that when I looked for it this morning.  It used to be awhile ago that there were no IPO's on Sunday but there have been new ones every week fairly recently.  This is not a complaint.  I'm just pointing it out and wondering if it is something that will happen occasionaly in the future or was it an oversight.
