Posible "Failed to connect to database"-related troubles

So, i was trying to short 15k JHAMM shares when the "Failed to connect to database" appeared, at about 12:30. I just guessed there were some sort of technical issue and the trade hadn't come through, and left the site

When i came back a couple hours later, there were 2 separate JHAMM positions, both with 15K shares. The trade history showed that the trade had come through twice, leaving me with like -H$900000 in cash.

I tried to cover the 15K of one of those, and it did, but it also completely vanished the other, and all the money invested on it. So now I have no shares AND no money

any chance someone can fix that? please?
