I’m confused about Rotohockey and what they did soo confusing

I'm confused about this why should advised shareholders about this confusing hey shouldn't be the shareholder or shareholders read the terms or conditions ....( read the blasted stuff if this real deal fund manager be laughing at you also clean you out and run lol (I would lol joke maybe lol)
