trailers: timing

Not sure this is the right board for this, please let me know if it belongs on another one.

I was wondering how trailers get posted on HSX: is it basically someone (seems to usually be Antibody) sees an official post on Youtube and they copy it over?
I am mainly interested in whether the timestamp of the trailer post is close to the exact time the official trailer is posted on Youtube (or elsewhere).
