Question about Avengers: The Kang Dynasty (AVNG5) and movies in the same situation.

If Avengers 5 change title will it delist? If Avengers 5 change plot and is no longer Kang plot will it delist? As long there is a movie with "Avengers" in the name we asume the same movie and continue? If we get a title like "Secret Wars" but no "Avengers" in the name do we asume is avengers 5 because obvious plot or is something new?
