Experiencing the same

My port and leader board is off by one
Port Rank: 1137
Leaderboard: 1138

It's almost as though any accounts that have re-activated(logged in and traded) after they were initially removed from ranks a few weeks ago are getting added back into the leaderboard rank, but are still being left out of the port rank.
