The first day of this version of the changeover, I was able to get a couple of email responses to my critiques of this bastardized version of the original. Instead of slamming the site (which it deserves) I gave recommendations for design changes:
- Like put the graph back for the user acount page (instead of only having it on the hsx frontpage). Hey, genius if I can't track how much my account increases or the total number of share increase/decrease in a simple visual aspect like the graph chart (which the old version had), what makes you think I prefer staring at how that space is used for advertising). Of course, I'm sure hsxsupport proably blocked my email, because they stopped replying altogether when I kept when are they going to fix this and/or change it back to the old version.
p.s. I really think after that last fiasco a few months with a new crappy version, they think that we'll come around. Sadly, as any regular user has predicted they can easily see that the number of button clicks through their site are decreasing, not increasing.....what the users are experiencing is not the next latest and greatest, but the slow deliberate destruction of a website that has not been improved from the original. Sad, very sad, and shame on you HSX!!!
