Oops...forgot the magic words that will open your account? Don't worry. If you have forgotten your password please visit the
Forgot Your Login? page and your password will be emailed to you. If you can't remember your user name or your old email address, write to
accounts@hsx.com and we'll look into it.
If you are having technical issues when attempting to make trades, send an email to
support@hsx.com. Please include your username, operating system (for example, Windows Vista) and as detailed an explanation as possible of the problem you are having. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Before sending any support questions you should check the
Feedback & Support forums to see if others are having similar problems or if there is a solution to your particular issue.
