Description

The horror comedy The Meat Trade is a contemporary retelling of the 19th Century body snatchers Burke and Hare. Colin Firth and Robert Carlyle play the duo who exhumed dead bodies from graves for doctors to conduct studies and experiments. When they ran out of supplies, they started murdering tramps and lowlifes to continue their profit. Antonia Bird directs the film from Irvine Welsh�s script.
