If the American Film Institute's list of the 100 funniest movies of all time proves anything, it's that a guy in a dress equals comedy. The top two films on that list -- Some Like It Hot and Tootsie -- follow that formula, and Sorority Boys does as well. Descibed as Some Like It Hot set in a sorority house. It's about three college seniors who get kicked out of their frat house. What do they do? Dress in drag and move in with the sisters of Delta Omicron Gamma -- DOG for short -- the sorority for girls with "nice personalities." Of course, our three heroes will learn valuable lessons about not judging people based on appearance, but mostly they will engage in wacky college shenanigans and look at girls in their underwear and stuff like that.
Heather Matazzaro, Michael Rosenbaum, Barry Watson, and Harland Williams star in the Buena Vista film with Wally Wolodarsky directing the script by Joe Jarvis and GregCoolidge. Sorority Boys was previously titled DOG Catcher.
